A large open air Nakamal houses the restaurant and bar at Aore Island Resort, creating a truly authentic Melanesian dining experience. Overlooking the water’s edge, with views across the channel to mainland Santo, this impressive structure is the central gathering place and the heart of the resort.
Our quality menu of locally and internationally inspired cuisine is prepared by experienced resort chefs who are on duty from six in the morning till late at night. You will be delighted by the hospitality, friendliness and service of the Ni Vanuatu staff.
A continental style buffet breakfast is available everyday from 6:30 till 10am, with fresh fruit including pawpaw, and pamplemousse. The cafe menu, available day and night, is light and healthy. The special’s blackboard changes daily to bring you the freshest local cuisine including Santo beef, world famous for its taste and tenderness and local seafood straight from the boat.
